About

My name is Sharona Jasper and I am your right hand.

After working for eight years at a multinational, of which the last five years as an Executive Assistant and previously working as a production assistant on various television programs, I have gained a lot of experience in assisting in the broadest sense of the word.  

 

Planning and organizing is in my DNA, just like acting quickly. I always strive for perfection and love challenges. That is why I have now started with great enthusiasm my own business as a Virtual Assistant. For both business and individuals.

From my beautiful hometown Noordwijk aan Zee (on site is negotiable), I am happy to assist you with various (administrative) tasks, such as agenda and/or email management, arranging (business) trips, (off site) meetings, designing presentations, keeping the website up to date, organizing (private) events, etc.

This is just a small summary of what I can do for you. We always start with an introductory call and from there we make a plan together and I can start working for you right away.

Interim Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant 

Available from 16 hours to a maximum of 32 hours per week.

This depends on the assignments I already have in progress.

Do you have an employee who is temporarily unavailable? Consider maternity leave or sick leave (short- or long-term).

Perfect for short projects, but also if you want to employ me for a fixed number of hours per week. 

During the introduction we will discuss the tasks and based on this I will draw up a time estimate. 

10 hour strip card*
Valid for 2 months

(excl. VAT and possibly travel expenses)

With the strip card I can be deployed flexibly over a period of 2 months.

Perfect when you expect to only need me for a few hours in those months.
